Planning & Zoning The Zoning Administrator for the Town of Blackstone is Philip Vannoorbeeck. The Planning Commission is a 5 member body that is appointed by Town Council, and is tasked with making recommendations to Town Council regarding Re-Zoning requests and Use by Special Exception Requests. Please contact the Zoning Administrator to discuss any of these Zoning issues. The Planning Commission is also tasked with the update of the Town’s Comprehensive Plan.
