Permits

Yard Sale permits are required for anyone wishing to hold a yard sale within the Town of Blackstone.

Before any building can be enlarged, or structurally changed, which includes adding porches, patios, and garages, a town zoning permit must be obtained from the Town Office.

Such permits must also be obtained before adding any outbuildings, including those which are pre-constructed and set on your lot.

Signage is also required to obtain a zoning permit.
