    FY25 Water & Sewer Rates Water & Sewer Rates Effective July 1, 2024 Usage Town of Blackstone In-Town Gallons: Amount: FIRST 3,000 $26.42 3,001 – 40,000 $8.81/1000 40,001 – 87,000 $8.64/1000 87,001-130,000 $8.52/1000 ALL OVER 130,000 $8.35/1000 Minimum sewer fee of $26.49 Sewer Rate will be $8.81 per thousand gallons of water over 3,000 gallons used. Customers having sewer only will be charged $41.37 per month. Also 50% additional charge for water and sewer for all customers outside the corporate limits. Out-of-Town Gallons: Amount: FIRST 3,000 $39.63 3,001 – 40,000 $13.22/1000 40,001 – 87,000 $12.96/1000 87,001-130,000 $12.78/1000 ALL OVER 130,000 $12.53/1000 Minimum sewer fee of $39.74 Sewer Rate will be $13.22 per thousand gallons of water over 3,000 gallons used.
