The Town of Blackstone provides water and sewer to all residents and businesses in the Town. Service may be established for a deposit of $50 and a connection fee of $2.00.

Most residents and businesses in the corporate limits of Blackstone are provided electricity by the Town. A deposit of $250 is required for service to be established and the connection fee is $2.00. If water, sewer and electric are connected at the same time, the connection fee will be only $3.00.

All accounts are mailed the end of the month and it is the customer’s responsibility to pay the bill by the 15th of the month. For example, the Town will mail utility bills on November 30th and the bill will be due by December 15th. Should you have questions about your bill, please contact the Utility Department at 434-292-7251. Please keep your account current; interest and penalty accrue should the bill become delinquent.
